Freight deliveries are generally made to the curb. This means that the goods are delivered to the edge of the sidewalk or property. It is the recipient's responsibility to transport the goods from this point onward.

Notification and additional costs for non-acceptance

The freight company often provides notification before delivery. It is important to pay attention to this notification and confirm the delivery or make changes to the appointment if necessary. Additional costs may arise if the delivery is not accepted, so clarification should be made in good time.

Refusal of acceptance

If you refuse the freight goods without a valid reason, you as the recipient will bear the shipping costs incurred by the return shipment.

Reporting damaged goods

In the event of damaged goods, it is crucial to report this to the driver immediately. An immediate complaint enables a quick solution. In addition, it is advisable to accept the goods under reservation to preserve your claims.

Accepting goods under reservation

If you receive damaged goods, accept them under reservation. This means that although you accept the delivery, you note the damage on the delivery note or on a separate document. This written confirmation serves as the basis for later damage claims.

If you specify a drop-off location for your parcel, the recipient is liable. This means that you take responsibility for the safe storage of the parcel once it has been dropped off at the specified location.

The return shipping of products is part of our customer-friendly service. Please note some important information regarding the processing of your return:

We would like to offer you our products at fair prices. Therefore, we cover the shipping costs for orders from 289 EUR within Germany. In the event of a return, we ask you to bear the return shipping costs yourself. In this way, we can keep our prices stable in the long term while also operating sustainably.

Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original packaging so that your return can be processed smoothly.

Collection appointment for damaged freight goods

In the event of damaged freight goods, a collection appointment will be arranged, and the customer is required to be present at the collection site. This enables an inspection of the damage and a smooth return process.

Return label for damaged parcel goods

If the delivered goods are damaged during parcel shipping, we will provide you with a return label. With this label, you can drop off the damaged goods yourself at a parcel shop. Please note that we do not offer collection for parcel goods.
