The BLACKROLL® GROOVE PRO is the right choice for anyone who already has experience with myofascial training and prefers a particularly intense massage. It combines the high hardness of the BLACKROLL® PRO with a grooved surface. This provides a powerful massage stimulus and is especially suitable for advanced users and use in competitive sports.
Grooved surface for additional stimulation
The grooves make the difference: When rolling quickly, a slight vibration effect is created, which additionally promotes blood circulation in the tissue and stimulates the receptors in the connective tissue and muscles. This makes the BLACKROLL® GROOVE PRO ideal for targeted activation before training.
You can influence the intensity of the application by adjusting the pressure you apply and your rolling speed. However, due to its high hardness, the GROOVE PRO remains a demanding foam roller for experienced users even with less pressure.
For demanding myofascial training
Whether as part of your training preparation or for targeted self-massage: The BLACKROLL® GROOVE PRO is designed for athletes who are familiar with using a foam roller and are looking for a stronger massage stimulus. Its hard design enables particularly intensive treatment of the muscles and connective tissue.
The BLACKROLL® GROOVE PRO is very hard and is recommended exclusively for professionals and advanced users. For getting started with myofascial training or if you are highly pressure-sensitive, a softer roller is the better choice. Increase the pressure gradually and adapt the application to your personal tolerance.
